DO YOU OFFER YOGA SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Yes! We offer a 5 class pass for £40 or a 10 class pass for £80.

CAN BEGINNERS JOIN YOGA CLASSES?

CAN I BUY SINGLE SESSION YOGA CLASSES?
Of course, our single session classes are £10.
WHERE IS THE BEST PLACE TO PARK?
The closest car park to us is Old Bridge Car Park, a 3 minute walk.
The Yoga Energise classes uses a hybrid of Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Principles to wake up the body, stretch and improve core control.
Our Yoga Fit class are a fun way to workout, build strength, balance and flexibility.
